Job Description:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager

Responsible for recruitment and selection; post job advertisements on job portals, liaise with recruitment agencies and collaborate -with institutions to fulfil manpower requirements

Expand on new channels to increase leads and improve quality of potential candidates

Screen / review resumes and applications, conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements for hiring managers

Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc

Learning and Development, Planning Training Plan for all staff

Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, termination, warning, salary revision etc

Maintain and ensure proper records of new hires and resignations

Maintain and ensure proper records of leave administration

Maintain staff uniform inventory

Maintain proper insurance records and ensure timely renewals

Manage tax clearance, government paid leave and NS make-up pay claims

Conduct employee orientation

Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm

Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm

5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)

Pay range $2500 onwards

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource administration and recruitment

Able to work under pressure and efficiently in a fast paced environment

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Self-starter, good time management, and effective communication skills

Meticulous with work and tracking of hiring

Adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels

Proficient in MS office, outlook

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

1. Laboratory Management and Operations

• Oversee the management of the laboratory and supervise lab staff.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Enforce quality and customer service standards in all laboratory areas.

2. Cell Culture and Research

• Design and manage cell culture processes, including nurturing and culturing NK and stem cell lines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cell lines and their performance.
• Prepare research data for analysis, publication, and presentations.

3. Collaboration and Liaison

• Coordinate with local and international cell laboratories for research collaborations.
• Provide expert insights into medical technology queries and findings.

4. Laboratory Procedures and Analysis

• Analyze blood cells using microscopic techniques and procedures.
• Perform and ensure accuracy through regular standardization, calibration, and internal quality control programs.
• Resolve discrepancies in specimen labeling, handling, or collection before conducting procedures.

5. Equipment Maintenance and Inventory

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment following manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and arrange for repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies by monitoring stock levels and expediting orders.

6. Professional Development and Reporting

• Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing laboratory findings.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, seminars, professional publications, and self-directed learning.

7. Safety and Compliance

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following SOPs, rules, and regulations.
• Adhere to infection control and hazardous waste policies to protect staff and patients.
• Keep accurate records and documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality.

8. Team Contribution

• Actively participate in team efforts and accomplish assigned tasks within the given deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and cell cultures, particularly NK and stem cell lines.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, including blood cell analysis, equipment calibration, and quality control.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to analyze and present research findings effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and hazardous waste management.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with local and international laboratories.
• Compassion and ability to handle sick pet animals with care and love.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific field, such as Medical Technology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary coverage for an educational contact person for the postgraduate programme.
• Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes.
• Assist and support the administration of medical seminars and workshops.
• Plan and administer programme onboarding, and orientation.
• Track all evaluations, monitor, and document compliance.
• Maintain documentation of all training records.
