• Work closely with departments to understand job requirements and lead recruitment processes.
• Actively source talents from various channels and higher tertiary institutions.
• Support brand awareness and create recruitment materials with the Marketing Department.
• Implement HR analytics for reviewing recruitment and retention effectiveness.
• Handle onboarding and off-boarding processes, including document preparation and exit interviews.
• Identify competency gaps and propose training programs.
• Maintain staff training records and assist with training administration.
• Contribute to the Staff Welfare Committee and organize corporate events.
• Support ESG social initiatives for community engagement.
• Manage employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
• Ensure accurate documentation of employee databases and personnel files.

Requirements:

• Diploma in relkated field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in doing Payroll
