• To lead internal/external security and governance audits such as the IM8 and AGO Audits and follow up with the audit findings until closure.
• To maintain and update IM8 Rewrite changelogs to support internal review and self-check.
• Be L1 assessor for JAGA incidents.
• To follow up with various stakeholders on the status of Vulnerability Management System to meet compliance standards as stipulated in IM8.
• Be the point of contact with GovTech on Centralized Accounts Management (CAMS)
• Provide administrative supports to the following tasks, but not limited to: o Submit of new staff/contractor info for Security Clearances needed for IT projects
• Lead and manage housekeeping of Cyberark Accounts on boarding of SEED & TechPass for new staff/contractors needed for the GCC projects
• Follow up on VAPT findings till closure Recruitment Services Request for Temporary Staff

Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope

To provide support to CPO’s domains in the following tasks:

· Process tenders i.e. prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process using electronic procurement system and monitor progress of procurement activities.

· Process approval papers.

· Process contract documents.

· Process contract variation requests and exercise of options.

· Follow up on post contract management activities (e.g. collection of PB/BG, creation of contracted payment lines in system)

· Assist CPO staff who require support on such post contract management activities, when necessary.

· Work with the Project Management Team/Users to assist in developing the procurement strategies/approaches, seeking inputs/ clarifications for tenders (including support for tender preparation, tender evaluation, approval and contracting), and the processing of CVRs and NEOs.

· Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

The job holder should have:

· At least 5 years relevant working experience.

· Experience in procurement

· Experience in post contract management.

· Experience in procurement systems (ILMS and PRIMS)
