• To lead, manage and motivate a team of Retail Associates.
• To prepare and update duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System.
• To coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage.
• To conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty.
• To provide the team with constructive criticism and be able to help them develop by coaching and teaching different selling related skills.
• To lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills as well as cashiering.

HR Executive

• Recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management etc
• HR administration
• Conduct staff orientation
• Support in monthly payroll
• Administration on Foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation.
• Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others.
• Support and manage in company’s events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration and others.
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration.
• Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Administrative or Business Studies or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

Finance & HR Manager
(70% Finance ; 30% HR)

• Working Hours: 5 Days [9am - 6pm]
• Salary: $3700 - $4500
• Location: Lor Bakar Batu (Potong Pasir MRT)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, cashflow management, budgeting
• Review the GST reports and submission
• Liaise with vendors (eg bankers, auditors, govt agencies, insurers, recruitment agencies, etc) for finance, HR and other admin/corporate matters
• Manage monthly payroll process and staff claim
• Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF filings
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, on-board/off-board, orientation and foreign worker work pass application
• Continuously review HR policies, procedures and company handbook to be in line with the labour legislations and future business needs
• Manage office premises maintenance including agreement, leasing, usage etc
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR/Accountancy/Finance, ACCA, CA/CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
• With relevant HR experience
