Key Responsibilities

• Market Company's Product to Architects, C&S , Consultants and Builder
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI and customer engagement.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
• Build relationships with media outlets and negotiate contracts with external vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction industry trends is a plus.
