Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm , inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
• Fridays: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
2. To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.
3. To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.
4. To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.
5. To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.
6. To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments,etc.
7. To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.
8. To help carry stock, furniture, etc.
9. To relief other operations support officer.Vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• Ability to communicate in simple English.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics.

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation Reports, Travel Request, and Leave Forms for the Executive team members.
• Liaise with other Departments to organize and coordinate meetings, including conference room scheduling and set-up, sending Outlook meeting invitations including “Live Meeting” and coordination with attendees.
• Prepare and/or update reports, schedules, power-point presentations, and other meeting materials as directed. Take minutes of the meetings when requested.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and welcome gifts for corporate visitors.
• Act as a central coordinating point for all affiliates in the region
• Co-ordinates and communicates with other departments on business activities including subsequent roll-out training logistics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum tertiary education with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a multi-national company
• Excellent command of oral/written skill
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
• Highly organized with attention to details, deadlines, and quality of work
• Logical thinking, adaptable, and independent problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to commence within short notice.
