Handle the recruitment process end-to-end for Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai Branches in collaboration with HR and business colleagues
Assist in engaging with current and prospective employees on policies, job duties, opportunities for growth, employee benefits and any other related matters
Track and drive completion of training modules
Assist in tracking relevant insurance policies and their agreements and facilitate renewal in time
Collaborate with different internal teams for submission of required data to regulators through periodic submissions, surveys, etc.
Facilitate the visa process for expat employees in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai Branches
Support HR processes, as required, for Representative Offices of Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka
Maintain employee records as per relevant policies and guidelines
Any other relevant task or duty as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Job Requirements:
- Good understanding and experience of handling recruitment
- Politely interacting with candidates and offering a superior recruitment service and experience
- Politely interacting with employees to resolve queries
- 1-6 years of relevant experience, preferrably in the Banking industry
