Key Responsibilities

• Oversee subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Responsible for the monthly group financial reporting
• Manage the intercompany reconciliation
• Assist in preparing audited financial statements and annual report
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agency
• Quarterly GST submission
• Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

• At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Candidates with prior audit experience in a public accounting firm, or experience with financial reporting in a listed company are preferred
