He/ she will be part of the SEA marketing team based in Singapore and report directly to SEA Marketing Lead. Being a global team, he/she will have opportunities to collaborate with the marketing agencies and internal marketing team (Sydney, Singapore, Shen Zhen and London), as well as local Singapore team (commercial, sales, partnerships, merchant service team, account managers).

• Marketing strategy & budgeting - Collaborate and support SEA marketing lead with budget allocation to drive acquisitions and lower cost per acquisition
• Social/ Influencers (40%) – Identify and manage agencies to drive KOL-led campaigns; Ideate and execute new ambassador programs and campaigns to build KOL relationships (eg. client-based KOLs or external KOLs)
• Partnership marketing & events (40%) – Support sales and partnership team to build ecosystem partners, develop and run lead generation campaigns and events
• Content (10%) - Support SEA marketing lead and global content lead to contribute and build regional content strategy to drive 8 monthly regional content (eg. Customer case studies, client testimonies, blog content, co-partnership content, social media content across owned, earned and paid channels)
• CRM (10%) – Send out daily market updates emailers; support SEA marketing team in reviewing email journeys to optimize conversions down the funnel

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing and partnerships role, preferably in the fintech or Internet industry.
• Experience in marketing to SEA markets – including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and/ or the Philippines
• Strong numerical & analytical skills to turn data into business insights and plans

Functional Description

Decision Science colleagues will serve as a key member of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization. We seek a thought-leader and a problem-solver who can blend business, technical, and industry best practices when it comes to developing the analyses, models, and algorithms that power our customers’ digital experiences.

This team is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking AI/ML models for driving enterprise digital personalization in prospect marketing and automating data capability and model governance.

Our Decision Science teams use industry leading modeling and AI practices to predict customer behavior. We develop, deploy and validate predictive models and support the use of models in economic logic to enable profitable decisions across credit, fraud, marketing and servicing optimization engines.

The role will entail some of the below listed responsibilities:

• Work with massive amounts of digital data (Web, App, API) and sophisticated tools in an industry leading Big Data environment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is required to have good supervisory skills, communication skills, and good Project Management skill and relevant working experience.

The PM will be attached to full time project management related to Workplace, Infrastructure, Application, Cybersecurity, etc. The PM may have to work after office hours (either on-site or remote) in case(s) of any escalations or issues in the project.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all stakeholders to ensure project resources are allocated and milestones are achieved for Transition/Implementation projects;
• Ensure on time transition preparation activities for the project, including Project initiation document and detailed project schedule;
• Provide project status reporting and relevant measures required for Project Governance;
