About the Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the business, people and strive for excellence in every detail of the operations. You must be someone who love to interact with guests, a sharp eye in identifying the service gaps and improvements and a strong passion for F&B.

Job Duties:

· Familiar the whole floor operation. Able to carry out the role of every floor position. (Host, server, cashier and others)

· Display Leadership to create a motivated working environment for the team.

· Bring the best dining experience to the guests while coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.

· Project and set monthly KPI

· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.

· Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

· Organize and supervise shifts

· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations according to government regulations.

· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

· Generate reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

· Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

· Lead in implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Job requirements

· At least 3 years in a managerial position in F&B industry

· Motivated (Leadership), result-oriented(result-driven) and a fast learner

· Good organizational and planning abilities

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead

· Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Manage all accounting aspects and ensure they are in compliance with respective local and group accounting standards.
• Implement and ensure compliance with corporate internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in various projects including digitization efforts to improve finance processes and efficiency.
• Ensure a timely and accurate monthly financial close for the group in accordance with the group reporting timeline for internal and external reporting purposes and adherence to external reporting timeline (including statutory timeline and SGX reporting timeline).
• Review full set of consolidated accounts
• Review of monthly management reports and perform/review variance analysis
• Work closely with regional business and country teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close and reporting
• Preparation of quarterly business highlights and half-yearly results announcement for SGX reporting
• Managing local statutory audits and liaising with local professional advisors.
• Coordinate and drive the budgeting, forecasting and working capital management of the regions.
• Provide financial analyses to support regional management and participate in the preparation of strategic plans.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accounting/Finance w min 5 years of relevant working experience, including prior managerial experience (preferably at a Big 4 Auditing firm)
