Purpose of the Role

You will be a part of the Asian Investment Banking Division (“AIBD”) that sits in the front line, responsible for the promotion of Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) products and services in the Asia and Oceania region, covering both Global Corporates and Japanese Corporates. Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate management reports, including monthly forecasts and semi-annual budgets, with variance and trend analysis for the region.
• Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, ensuring they reflect strategic goals and business priorities.
• Analyze financial performance and key metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with various departments to collect and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide analysis and insights that connect financial reports to business strategies.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed to support management decisions.
• Handle other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good in numbers and data.
• Proficient in MS Office including Power BI, Vlookup, Pivot Table and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
