Change management

1. Undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives. Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
2. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams including business analysts, solution architect, business technology services teams, and testing teams to define/clarify requirements
3. Work with business technology services team on the smooth delivery of the solution
4. Review Test Strategy, help plan and support the user acceptance testing and help address any issues. Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the new operations and technical capabilities will be delivered to the business.
5. Identify potential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.

The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Job Description

The department is in charge of the core applications used by various departments in the bank: back offices, finance & accounting and compliance & risks.
