· Participate in the creation and deployment of training curriculum, content/sales messaging, and OJT process to develop competencies of the GTS sales force.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders, to identify pain points & ways to improve sales content repository - iFORCE, for better efficiencies & user experience with sales force.

Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.

Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission

Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed

Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related deliverables are completed without delay

Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account
