Essential Requirements:

My client, a leading reinsurance broking firm is seeking an Analyst, Finance & Operations to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will support the Head of Operations as well as other Senior Management in all aspects of the financial management of the business units and ensure the delivery of the financial KPIs as defined by the company. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Monitoring revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted and reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.
• Reviewing monthly management financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes.
• Act as the key link between Finance & the Business Units
• Ensure that all controllable costs and those allocated costs where the Business Units has some influence (e.g.
