• Plan, manage and perform cybersecurity compliance review on Singtel Group’s Infrastructure, systems and applications.

• Provide feedback loop to security and data protection policy owners to keep policy requirements relevant and up to date with emergent cyber threats and regulatory landscape.
• Perform cybersecurity due diligence compliance review for Merger and Acquisition (M&A) support to GCR or other Singtel Group BU as needed.
• Provide support for CSRC Secretariat administrative activities (e.g., meeting support, minutes writing)

Skills for Success

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field of study.

• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center
• Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support for customers
• Liaise with relevant authorities/ subcontractor/clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & T&C job
• Maintain internal and external technical and operational documentation
• To support and standby for emergency cases

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Engineering related field
• Min 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• AutoCAD knowledge, Certification of PMI an advantage
• Certification or trained in installation of 1 or more leading UPS or Aircon brand is a must
• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
• Trained in Thermal Scanning of UPS or Electrical Boards an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Pro-active and able to work independently and unsupervised at times
• Good communication and organizational skills

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
• Provide expert advice on available solutions and technical changes.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Evaluating the functionality of re-designed processes
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
• Troubleshooting electrical engineering and technical fault.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
• Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.
