Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Company’s projects including tendering, contract administration, project budgeting, and cost control, etc.
· Responsible for preparing a budget and cost monitoring against budget and cash flow forecasts.
· Participate in contract negotiation with consultants, suppliers & contractors, liaise and collaborate with relevant parties concerning the payment procedures.
· Responsible for all pre-contract and post-contract QS duties.
· Responsible for preparation of interim payment assessment and certification documents, measurement & evaluation of work done, final account settlement, attending site meeting and site visits.
· Liaise with project teams and consultants for the preparation and signing of contract documents.
· Provide support to design & project teams in contract administration and cost control management.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle projects on time.
· Perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior management.
