Job Description:

• Handling delivery of laptops and accessories
• Updates of asset records in asset tracking system
• Liaising with staff on appointments for issuing and retrieval of laptops
• Handling of faulty laptops and log call with vendor to arrange repair of faulty laptops
• Deployment and imaging of laptops & configure and install of software applications
• Basic troubleshooting of laptops
• Tech Refresh
• Other tasks related to operations related matters

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Proficient in Computer Age Management Services
• Relevant Tech Refresh work experience

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry, particularly in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based cloud solutions, ensuring the highest levels of reliability, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop cloud infrastructure solutions which includes multi/hybrid cloud design and implementation

- Implementing cloud-native frameworks for enterprise infrastructure

- Develop and implement accordance to cloud adoption framework

- Design, operations, and support of public/hybrid cloud infrastructure with cloud native security paradigm

- Routine daily performance monitoring, analysis and maintenance

- Ensuring the proposed cloud architectures and solutions are exhibit scalability, maintainability, performance, and security and compliant with industry standard and customer needs

- Documentation on SoP, SoW, UAT, internal How-To

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex problems

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree / Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant engineering field.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure.

- Proficiency in Windows Server roles and functions is a must.

- Knowledge in setting up hybrid infrastructure and network is a must.

- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.

- Experience with migration services such as Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with Microsoft ModernWork products is a significant advantage.

- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and attend to client queries are essential.
