The core mission of Singapore Airlines (SIA) Digital Innovation Lab (DIL), also known as KrisLab, is to drive the digital innovation strategies and initiatives, enabling SIA Group to be the leading digital airline. SIA digital innovation is focused on delivering business impact at speed through partnerships with Business Units (BUs) and global innovation communities and innovators. A strong, execution-focused team that drives innovation from an idea through prototype development, Proof of Concepts (POC) to validate business case and technology feasibility and to launch an idea to the market is critical.

Your role as a Senior / Digital Innovation Technologist is to drive the development of digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and through the BUs through DIL innovation programs to deliver impactful business outcomes and support the building of an innovation culture in SIA Group. The role includes the following:

1. Digital Innovation / Technology Development and Support

- Managing the ideation and prototyping process for digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and BUs, employing the build-measure-learn concept:

o Manage the ideas pipeline, evaluate, groom, and validate ideas submitted

o Validate ideas/prototypes through various means such as interviews, user testing

o Partner with SIA Group staff and/or BUs to drive the articulation of impactful problem statements and design low-fidelity prototypes or wireframes for validation

o Evaluate, engage and supervise the internal development resources, start-ups and/or technology partners to build high-fidelity prototypes

o Prepare and assist staff with pitches to senior executives/management and key stakeholder

o Perform overall project management for qualified ideas from prototyping through the MVP stages

- Design, set up and institutionalise the technology development standards, practices and processes for ideation, prototype and POC solutioning, put in place and manage the requisite digital toolboxes and sandboxes (hardware/software) in KrisLab to support such developmental and solutioning efforts

2. Partnership Engagement to drive technology development

- Facilitate discovery of new and emerging technologies, articulate relevance and contextualise use cases to BUs

- Coordinate with external open innovation communities and partners (e.g. Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) research institutions, incubators and accelerators, VCs, etc.)

3. Business Engagement to drive corporate innovation and intrapreneurship

- Develop strong relationships with BUs and IT to establish deeper understanding and better articulation of business opportunities, customers’ and business pain points, immediate and longer-term business pain points and challenges

Required Skills

· A degree in a technology related discipline, preferably with good project management experiences applying Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Start-up methodologies

· Results-focused, execution-oriented, proven track record in executing projects

· Practical development experiences with programming in languages, e.g. JavaScript, Python and their related frameworks

· Fast and independent learner, proactive and willing to pick up new technical skillsets

· Good grasp of technologies (e.g. Augmented/Virtual/Mixed Reality, Internet-of-Things, 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Blockchain, Metaverse) and their use cases

· Possess exceptional EQ and AQ, creative and passionate to see ideas become reality, strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills

· Possess ability to engage and communicate ideas and concepts simply and effectively across levels of the organisation

· Experiences working in start-ups, incubators and/or accelerators and/or aviation and travel industry will be advantageous

• Provide day-to-day technical support to in-house company users (including regional offices)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to site Technical Services management, contributing to increased throughput of commissioning and qualification activities across the site.
• Collaborate with Technical Services management while independently performing required validation activities.
• Support C&Q activities across the site as directed by site Technical Services management.
• Review commissioning and qualification documentation for accuracy, technical soundness, and compliance with site and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to projects, including new facilities/equipment startup, commissioning, FAT, manufacturing equipment qualification, laboratory equipment qualification, and computerized and automation systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmacy).
• 4 - 7 years of applied technical experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Hands-on commissioning, qualification, and validation experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Facilities (including design, flow analysis, HVAC), Utilities (including WFI / RO/ purified water, clean steam, clean air, compressed air and gases, process waste systems), major equipment, process/cleaning and equipment validation/qualification, or computer software validation.
• Firm understanding of cGMP validation requirements/guidelines and current industry practices.

For CQV Specialists in QA:

1 Person:

• Oversight of all CQV activities requires 1 experienced individual to oversee CSV, with 7 - 8 years of experience in CSV or QA oversight.
• CSV for writing validation PLANS ONLY, not protocols for different CSV.
• May keep 1 or 2 contractors to support process validation activities, reviewing protocols and reports after the contract is over.

2 Persons:

• 2 QA individuals providing oversight for C&Q activities, IOQP, etc., on manufacturing systems, facilities, utilities, process equipment (e.g., P&I review), and reviewing reports

2 Persons:

• Another 2 for QC oversight, overseeing AMV, C&Q activities of Lab systems, reviewing reports

The Lead Salesforce Architect role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage robust teams of Salesforce.com delivery team members, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers & QA
• Perform project and program management activities, including project financials.

Job Purpose

Supports the Process Automation team (On-site) to work on the design, project execution and commissioning of process systems in the biopharmaceutical industry. This position requires experience relating to Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech. This position will require candidate with leadership skill to lead/ mentor junior engineers, equipment vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance into the design, project management, commissioning and start-up of automation systems, for upgrades, renovations and expansions of client facilities and processes.
• Support project execution from Feasibility through to project completion/handover, including all project stages such as:

- Feasibility

- Concept Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design

- Procurement

- Construction

- Project Monitoring/Governance

• The ideal candidate has experience in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, Yokogawa Centum and preferably has experience in SCADA/Historians, specifically within process controls in biopharmaceutical industry.

• Facilitate project management tools throughout the execution of projects, such as procurement tracking, vendor management, meeting minutes/ action lists, risk register log, schedule updates, project updates.
• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional departments, to drive project progress, facilitate decisions, provide updates.
• Travel may be occasionally required for meetings with clients, equipment fabrication vendors or Factory Acceptance Testing (FATs).
• Work may require occasional support over shutdowns or extended hours, specifically during installation and commissioning / validation phases.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is required including the preparation of technical documents in English.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements for working in pharma/biotech facilities, with a Basic understanding of SOPs, Validation, Change Controls.
• Detailed knowledge of GAMP and its application to large- and small-scale systems.
• Detailed knowledge of data integrity requirements.
• At least 10 years of experience in pharma process automation engineering experience, with at least 8 years’ experience respectively in process controls with DCS / SCADA / Historians with upstream or downstream bioprocesses.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, PLC code, DCS code.
• Ability to perform programming/configuration of Emerson DeltaV DCS, Siemens PCS7 etc.

The Manager (IT & Technology) - POS plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of POS systems in various retail and business environments. Key Responsibilities

1. Point of Sale responsibilities:

• Set up and configure POS software according to the specific needs and requirements of the business.

Project Overview

We are seeking one or more graduate research interns (ideally full time students currently pursuing a PhD degree) in computer science to join the “Towards an Immersive Workplace” project. This project is part of Task “T1” of a five-year, ambitious research program on "Mens, Manus and Machina—How AI Empowers People, Institutions and Cities in Singapore (M3S)."

Successful applicants for this position will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research that builds new capabilities for AI-enhanced human-robot interaction, with a special focus on supporting efficient and collaborative spatial/3D sensing and comprehension in industrial environments, such as airport tarmacs and logistics warehouses. The end goal is to build exciting new capabilities that allow robots and humans to work together, interactively and in close proximity, with the spatial sensing helping agents embedded in robots understand and situate human instructions, queries and commands, issued naturally in untethered, field settings.

The research intern, working part-time (10-16 hours per week) will be specifically involved in the development of new, energy-efficient and reliable spatial sensing technologies, such as LIDAR (3D). The goal is to allow teams of humans and robots, working in close proximity in a common physical environment, to achieve appropriate spatial awareness. The research will focus on addressing challenges such as (i) interference between multiple LIDAR sensors, when operating in a shared physical environment, (ii) optimized sharing of LIDAR-sensed point cloud data among collaborating peers, and (iii) resource-efficient augmentation of LIDAR sensing via use of additional cheaper sensors (e.g., RGB and thermal cameras). These techqniues will progressively be combined with additional research, being developed in complementary efforts within the overall T1 project, that tackles topics such as non-obtrusive human attention capture and efficient multi-modal DNN comprehension for human instructions, to support more accurate understanding of human instructions and preferences, whether explicit or implicit.

Job Description

A Research Engineer position is open in the research group of Dr. Gong Xiao, at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS). The Research Engineer will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) on one or more research projects. The project aims to explore advanced semiconductor electronic devices for future advanced integrated circuits and quantum technology.

Qualifications

1. Possess a min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge in semiconductor device technology, quantum physics, and advanced memory.
2. Strong knowledge in modelling and characterization of electronic devices
3. At least 2 years of experiences in semiconductor device technology.
4. Proficient in simulation software, such as Sentaurus, Spice, matlab, etc.
5. Possess relevant expertise proven through coursework and projects during his/her studies.
6. Excellent academic track record from well-recognized universities.
7. Excellent communication skills as he/she is required to publish and to present results at conferences and journals independently.
8. Work well with team and be independent, and be able to balance well between advancing his/her own research and contributing to the larger team’s success.
9. Be committed to work effectively and strong desire to make a difference in pushing the frontiers of semiconductor technology.
