Key Responsibilities:
Student Admissions and Enrollment
ďˇ Process new student applications from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation
ďˇ Review and verify application documents according to admission criteria
ďˇ Prepare and issue offer letters to successful applicants
ďˇ Handle student pass applications for international students
ďˇ Conduct pre-enrollment briefings for new students
Documentation and Records
ďˇ Maintain accurate student records in the College database system
ďˇ Process student withdrawals and deferrals
ďˇ Generate enrollment reports and statistics
ďˇ Ensure compliance with document retention policies

Stakeholder Communication

Essential Requirements:

o Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel for student data management)
