The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Cell Manufacturing, shall lead the manufacturing process definition, and industrialization, including brown and or green field start-up, and hand over to general management operations within the factory once full ramped to sustaining operations. The successful candidate shall work closely with Research Design & Development (RDD) engineering, facilities, equipment suppliers, and other, to define the specifications required for manufacturing of battery cell and battery pack manufacturing. It is also expected to lead the team of Manufacturing Engineers to study the engineering fundamentals of materials, process and equipment design interactions through systematic design of experiments or troubleshooting methodologies, to achieve the final product design specifications, as well as quality, yield, safety and reliability. Additionally, the role shall deliver a value driven manufacturing engineering strategy, ensuring the most efficient and most sustainable investment return for Dyson. • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated on existing and new legislation. Advise management on needed actions.
• Document Management: Prepare and maintain legal documents related to equity distribution, such as grant agreements, plan documents, and employee communications.
• Employee Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity plan participation, including enrollment, vesting, and exercising options.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the legal, HR, and finance teams to coordinate and streamline the equity grant process.
• Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equity transactions and prepare reports for internal and external audits.
• Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures related to global equity management.
• Support: Provide support to HR and other departments on equity-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar role with a focus on equity management.
• Familiarity with global equity plans and international legal compliance.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and understanding of legal terminology.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
