We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitor and review plant infrastructure, asset life expectancy and implement long-term maintenance plans.
• Prepare Purchasing Documents for the purchase of spares & the purchase of Work Services required to carry out the rectification works of the faulty equipment, faulty buildings’ infrastructure etc. (E.g. Preparation of tender specifications for service contracts such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste disposals, card access systems, lifts & sewerage treatment plants’ service & maintenance works, auto-gates/ auto-barriers maintenance).
• Prepare the Facility Asset Management Plan (AMP).
• Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layout, systems, and quality controls.
• Engage contractors and establish procedures to supervise and monitor the performance of contractors to ensure that the company’s requirements for work services are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns, proposals and compliance documents.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management Engineering or equivalent.
