AIDHA

Aidha is an award-winning Singapore-registered charity. Our mission is to provide financial literacy and self-development skills to migrant domestic workers and lower income women to enable them and their families to break out of the cycle of poverty. Started initially under the auspices of UNIFEM (now UN Women), Aidha became an organisation in its own right in 2006. Since its inception, Aidha has impacted more than 6,000 women and their families and communities. Aidha is now transitioning back to in-person classes after being online since 2020. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Acquisition, MEA to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Acquisition, MEA APAC and is responsible for the implementation and analysis of Accor’s digital acquisition activities (including SEA, metasearch, affiliation, and retargeting) across MEA region.  

Other responsibilities that this role will have includes driving lever performance, managing agency partners to improve campaign efficiency and deliver incremental revenue growth. The role will work global acquisition teams and agencies/media partners in region, ensuring that new hotels are onboarded into the digital acquisition performance funding program.  

It consists in analyzing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy in all countries across MEA (and overseas towards MEA hotels) to acquire and retain guest by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire MEA APAC region.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Digital Media, Asia to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting directly to the Director of Digital Media, MEA APAC and is responsible for optimizing online media to generate quality traffic to Accor direct platforms that converts into Room Nights/Revenue to Accor hotels in Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia and Pacific (MEA APAC). 

It consists of implementing and analyzing Accor’s digital media strategy in all countries across MEA APAC to acquire and retain guests by targeting them across the customer journey and support in the delivery of the strategy and performance for the entire region. 

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for supporting the relationship with appointed media agencies and key publishers, plus identifying new paid media opportunities within region.
