Purpose of the Role

The Manager, Transformation Office, serves as a pivotal support to the CEO and CTO, ensuring the effective implementation of APSN’s initiatives. Acting as a staff officer to the CEO, the role encompasses oversight of transformation projects, alignment of strategic priorities, and fostering innovation to position APSN as a forward-looking organization. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support to the CEO

• Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring alignment with APSN’s vision and Board initiatives.

• Facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives to prepare staff for new processes and systems.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and drive successful adoption of changes.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Social Services, or a related field.
