The QC Analyst will act as a team member of the Quality Control department who will participate in quality testing and provide on-time, high quality results to meet Manufacturing demands. Primary Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder in IT related fields
• 4 to 10 years experience in IT infrastructure support

Technical Skills

• WAN - Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and support
• LAN - Cisco h/w and IOS related to LAN & WLAN infrastructure
• VoIP/IP Telephony - Preferably on Cisco-based infrastructure
• Virtualization - Managing VMWare environments
• Backup & DR - Physical and Virtual infrastructure and systems
• Windows Server OS & Active Directory Storage Management solutions
• Mobility solutions
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms
• Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures
• VMWare certification is an added advantage
