Your key responsibilities:

• Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
• Manage internal transaction credit ratings and approvals processes
• Lead discussions with clients in the negotiation of transaction structure, terms and covenants
• Preparation of credit memos, scenario analysis etc for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates

Your skills and experience:
