Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably in a global context.
• Proven experience leading global IT teams and managing large-scale IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and ITIL best practices.

Job Scope:

• Manage the service delivery of shared IT services to stakeholders and ensure SLA and customer satisfactory level KPI are met
• Managing a service desk which coordinate and update the progress of the Service Request, System Change and Enhancement from various stakeholders

• Review and recommend procedures, processes and policies to enhance data center operations and service delivery to all stakeholders
• Maintain the operation certification standards and involve all IT audits and assessments
• Assist in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery activities and planning
• Involve project management (including new initiatives) to ensure all timeline is meet
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Possess ITIL certification is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Service Desk / IT Operations
• Possess Stakeholder Management & Vendor Management experience
• Possess Project Management & SLA experience
• Experienced in IT Infrastructure domain and strong understanding of system operations standards
• Resourceful, excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
