1. IT Infrastructure Support for Stores, Head Office & Data Centre

• Response to any store feedback related to the IT Infrastructure platform, including Network Connectivity, Network router & switches, Point-Of-Sales (POS) Systems, Time Clock, Handheld Terminal, Wi-Fi access and other’s IT equipment in the Retail Shop. You will need to all the issues raised by the stores is attended and fixed within the SLA.

3. IT Projects

Job Responsibilities

• To perform daily IT operational activity on system & user administration
• Active Directory for account creations and user management
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, remote access and passwords

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, good to have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
