The IT Operations & Support Engineer will provide L1 operations and technical support for PMO-PSB systems, manage service delivery, and support programme delivery initiatives. Responsibilities:

Operations & Support:

• Provide IT support for PMO program, with rostered standby duty after hours
• Respond to user support requests, operational alerts, and incidents both remotely and onsite.
• Support system testing and verification post-patch or maintenance with Ops and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Experience in service delivery management and maintaining SLAs/OLAs.
