We are looking for a Business Auditor to join our Internal Audit (IA) Team to help the Board of Directors and Senior Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of GLDB.

About the Role

You will be part of GLDB’s Internal Audit Team to conduct independent assessments to ensure that GLDB’s risk and control processes are adequate and effective. This role will report to the Head of Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

Manage and Oversee the Execution of the Audit Plan/Issues and Initiatives

• Conduct risk-based projects, and review processes and controls pertaining banking-related activities, including information gathering from stakeholders, execution and documentation of analysis, and communication of results.
• Report on control deficiencies to management and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
• Challenge current processes and identify opportunities for refinement.
• Develop audit procedures with innovation and creative thinking using data analytics and automation.
• Evaluate bank’s processes and controls against internal standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including identifying symptoms and root cause.
• Proactively inform Head of Internal Audit on the major risk event, incident, and external audit and regulatory issues arising during the audit or through regular contact with stakeholders’ management.
• Ascertain the major concerns and recommendations raised by internal stakeholders and external auditors and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Propose, develop and/or drive initiatives that will help to develop an internal knowledge base.
• Support Head of Internal Audit in annual audit risk assessment and develop audit plans/strategies.

Support Staff and Self-Development

• Keep abreast of own professional development to enhance one’s skills and competence.
• Coach and guide junior staff on all audit engagements.

Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of working experience in Financial Institutions or Big 4.
• University Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. CPA, CIA certification preferred.
• General understanding of overall corporate/wholesale banking business operations.
• Good understanding about Supply Chain Finance (trade), Cash products and corporate banking products is an additional advantage.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments and multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and deliver on commitments.
• Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
• Good written and spoken communication skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with China counterparts.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Lead, the candidate will be responsible for matters related to mobile testing and device management.

The candidate is also expected to support best practice adoption across the GTO’s appointed test service providers in accordance with the organization’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mobile device related issues during SIT testing

• Work with test automation teams to setup/support mobile test automation framework, CICD pipelines etc

• Point of contact to work with vendors on mobile device farm related issues

• Work with local and regional teams on mobile device and device farm administration (ie device/user onboarding, tracking, offboarding)

• Monitor device and farm license usage; Generate regular reports on demand, usage, incidents etc

• Ensure device tracker, mobile testing-related documentation is kept up to date

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field.

• Proven working experience in Test Engineering, or equivalent role with at least 5 to 7 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance

• Proven experience with mobile device related testing

• Good understanding of tools and device farms e.g. Tosca, Appium, InTune, Perfecto or equivalent mobile device farm

• Good working knowledge in mobile testing and DevOps technologies: ie Java, Python, Appium, Jenkins, CI/CD, Perfecto

• Experience in mobile device management (MDM) and use of mobile device farm are essential

• Experience in working in multi-cultural, diverse, and remote virtual teams.

• Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in working with regional teams in ASEAN useful

• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Bank Global Markets IT division in Singapore is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join its dynamic derivatives development team to lead in providing solutions as Enterprise Market Data Services bank-wide covering Treasury, Risks, Financial, Wholesale and Retail banking across all countries.

Enterprise Market Data Services

Key focus is to build an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system for Market and Referential Data across bank wide to acquire, extract, transform and distribute static and pricing data from vendors such as Bloomberg, Reuters & Super-D. Asset class coverage includes,

but not limited to Equities, Interest-Rates, FX & Commodities.

The platform will become the bank’s overall Enterprise Rates systems distributing data across Retail, Wholesale and Global Markets banking.

Key Requirements:

Proven track records in delivering and implementing EDM product and technical solutions at enterprise level.
