Job Description

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Develop strategies to attract new corporate clients across the asia region
• Build and expand a portfolio through proactive engagement with prospective clients, leveraging in-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and market insights.

2. Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for existing corporate clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.

• Assist in developing career growth pathways for Associates (ARMs) or new team members through structured training, coaching, and performance management.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, and credit analysis.

2. Prior experience working in China’s banking sector or with China-based clients is essential, with familiarity in cross-border banking and market practices in China.

3. In-depth knowledge of bilateral loans, corporate banking products, and credit risk management principles.
