Qashier is looking for an amazing Sales Enablement Manager to support our growth!

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our regional sales team by equipping them with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies.
In short, you’ll be driving the success of Qashier and the sales team in the following ways:
1. Content Development:
- Create and curate sales collateral, training materials, and resources to support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure the development of compelling and effective sales content is aligned with the company's messaging and positioning.
2. Training & Onboarding:
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the sales team.
- Develop ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, keeping them up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and competitive insights.
3. Sales Process Optimisation:
- Analyze and optimise the sales process end-to-end to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle and implement solutions to address those challenges.
4. Technology Integration & Management:
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Provide guidance on the effective use of CRM, sales automation, and other sales tools to maximise sales team performance.
5. Metrics and Analytics:
- Monitor sales KPIs and metrics and measure the success and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across the sales process.
What you should bring along
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales/sales operations/sales enablement. Experience in point of sale, payments and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus
- Proven ability in building scalable sales enablement processes and systems
- Strong sense of ownership and results driven
