• Lead the ISO22000:2018 accreditation and maintenance project to ensure Marina Bay Sands food safety standard is maintained at the required level of sanitation.
• Lead a team of Senior Hygienist and Hygienist to ensure all food served to guests and employees is free of microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health and food authorities.
• Involved in all aspects of food safety audit in F&B.
• Oversee off-site production kitchen operation to ensure food manufacturing process is safe with all food safety risks mitigated, abiding by Singapore, Company and ISO22000 requirements.
• Conduct training and workshops regularly for team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at required levels.
• Inspect the overall process of kitchen operations, including the critical areas of receiving, preparing, cooking, storing, and serving of food and beverage.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Vessel Manager for one of our global shipping clients. The Vessel Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vessels.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience as Vessel Manager preferably on container vessels. He/she would possess good working attitude and has the ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regular reports from vessels assigned to him/her and file them in a structured approach.
• Review and follow up on routine reports from the vessel.
• Carry out regular data analysis of costs, PMS and other KPI factors in order to ascertain health of the ship as far ship management is concerned.
• Maintain structure and quality of data fed into Ship manager system by crew onboard the vessels (GL system).
• Formulate a dynamic work plan and action list with the vessel’s command, to ensure that the vessel is maintained in accordance with the Owner’s policy and to receive regular reports as to its progress.
• Visit the vessels as and when required and reporting on general condition, repairs and maintenance, crew performance, safety, environmental protection, and any actions required. Discuss with Ship’s Command the work plan, running costs, spares and stores and other issues of concern and reporting on same.

• Assist in carrying out technical analysis for new purchases.
