Job Description

• Provide L1 to L2 support for infrastructure, network, and internal systems. Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
• Provide on call, 24x7 supports for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing issues with computers, printers, and other IT systems.
• Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users

Requirements:

· At least 5-7 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project management certifications (PMI, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.

· Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and motivating staff.

· Solid experience managing software development projects, including time, budget, and resource management.

· Strong understanding of modern software technologies and development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.
