Role Summary

You will be the eyes and ears of the IT system. You ensure the availability and performance of the infrastructures, equipment, software and processes supporting the data. In order to anticipate anomalies, batch delays, FileSystem problems, etc.

Main Responsibilities

• Batch Job Management - Monitor the end-of-day batch and ensure that it starts on the prescribed time, perform first level analysis if there’s failure, perform recovery and involve other stakeholders when necessary and do a milestone check of the critical jobs to ensure they complete on time and do the proper escalation if there’s any delay.

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. Job Description:
