seeking a highly qualified B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. Please note that we will

Location: Open to candidates across Southeast Asia (SEA). Remote work arrangements
are possible if not based in Singapore. Candidates must be prepared for travel
Job Description
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing client
relationships, and closing deals with airlines. The Sales Specialist will also provide training
and support to clients, collaborate with the sales team on strategy, and actively contribute to
sales management efforts.
Responsibilities:
â—Ź Hunt for new prospects and generate leads within the air cargo industry.
â—Ź Conduct meetings to introduce our air cargo solutions.
â—Ź Focus on the top of the sales funnel activities, without the expectation of pitching and
closing deals.
â—Ź Work collaboratively with a small sales team
â—Ź Identify and name specific improvements needed for the current cargo management
system software.
Requirements:
â—Ź Experience working in the cargo department of a global airline. Candidates must
come from an airline background, regardless of the size of the airline.
â—Ź Involvement in the evaluation process of cargo management system software (e.g.,
IBS iCargo, SmartKargo, Accelya, Skychain, CHAMP Cargospot).
â—Ź Ability to identify and articulate specific improvements to cargo management
systems.
â—Ź Familiarity with the decision-making process for software adoption within the airline
industry.
â—Ź Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â—Ź Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B software industry
â—Ź Experience in lead generation and sales funnels
