The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• In the project phase to assist in installation, hook-up, start-up, qualification for all production equipment.
• To work closely with engineers and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
• To support daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive, corrective maintenance, spare parts management. & establishing equipment maintenance documents.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Tertiary education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or NITEC holders with > 5 years of experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Analytical, systematic in problem solving approach, independent and a good team player.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Cleanroom working experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in troubleshooting with basic PLC program.

Job Responsibilities

• Check arrival date upon receiving of documents;
• Check with carriers/co-loader for the vessel arrival and surcharges;
• Arrange prepare payment voucher;
• Arrange payment to carriers/co-loader;
• Prepare import permits;
• Providing pre-alerts upon receving documents from counterpart;
• Liaise with transporter to arrange delivery to customers;
• Coordinate with customers and transporter regarding delivery and documentation;
• Invoice issuance to customer in timely manner;
• Filling and archiving documents in system as per audit requirements;
• Update customer whenever there is delay on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.

• Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards (response time and resolution time.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request.
• Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Act as a contact point between helpdesk operations, other teams (internal, external and vendor/supplier)
• IT assets and inventories management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of MIS experience.
• Possess ITIL Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, routers, and network switches is required.
