Role:

Minimum qualifications:

• To work closely with Events and Promotions team in organizing and overseeing recruitment events

Job Requirements:

• Education – Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
• Experience – Min 3 years working experience preferred
• Special skills – Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the local insurance recruitment environment and policies is an added advantage

Job Durations:

• 5 Months Contract

• Calibration of pressure, temperature, pH and instruments in laboratory and customer sites.
• Familiar with CMC table and able to calculate CMC and uncertainties for pressure and temperature.
• Lab/ onsite ISO-17025 calibration jobs.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 & ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.
• Assist in lab audits
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• Min 2-3 years of laboratory experience in pressure, temperature and PH testing methods
• Familiarity with a quality system such as ISO 17025 or ISO 9001.

Your new role

· Maintain relevant day-to-day databases

· Support business process and automation improvements in delivering effective customer service solutions

· Support compliance with company’s policies in day-to-day matters

· Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service to counterparties

· Maintain relationships with stakeholders and counterparts

· Handling of freight, demurrage/despatch, bunkers, hire and port disbursement payments as per contractual agreements

· Ensure voyage accounts are accurate and balanced

· Managing and recovering outstanding funds from counterparts

· Reconciling all counterparties’ accounts, including but not limited to Owners, Suppliers, Charterers, etc.

· Execute tasks and procedures required for month end activities

· Assisting with audit and financial queries, when required

· Support system projects and process enhancement initiatives to enhance efficiency

· Support Data Analysis/Reporting activities

What you'll need to succeed

· A Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent

· Previous experiences with laytime and postfixtures
