Service Management

• Provide a Rectification Plan on any gaps found.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and design IT solutions with the sales team, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and deliver technical designs, proposals, tenders, and solutions promptly to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure technical compliance and validate integrated solutions across multiple products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and products to offer expertise through presentations and demonstrations.
• Consult with prospective customers to create viable solutions and coordinate with the post-sales team for successful implementation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in LAN, WAN, SDN, NFV, network security, wireless technologies, cloud solutions and enterprise technologies.
• Familiarity with public sector projects is a plus.

Job Description

• Plan, execute, monitor and control the various technical aspect of the project.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

Requirements

• Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge with routers, switches would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge in hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS) devices
• Experience in hardening of OS, system and network equipment
• Experience in Patch Management
• Good Knowledge of IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.

Job Description:

• Infra Structure Engineer BAU 24/7 Operations support.
• Critical system monitoring.
• Quick health check and service recovery.
• Escalate issue to next level and follow-up with vendor.

• Change management process.
• Live capacity upgrades.
• Implement UAT, production changes.
• Incident management.

Requirements:

• 5 plus years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment.
• Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes.
• Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation. Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment. Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
• Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours. 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operations in 3 rotating shifts.
