The position also involves preparing financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliations, and quarterly GST returns. Additionally, the role requires liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors, with flexibility to take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in full sets of accounting
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Organised, meticulous and able to work within deadlines
• Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel

- Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent

- Office located at Alps Avenue, Nearest MRT Station: Pasir Ris

- Desk bound job.

- Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.

- Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must
