The Opportunity:

• Exciting opportunity to work with one of the reputable company within the offshore industry.
• 5 days work week (Office Hour)
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Up to $3500 (Depending on experience)
• 6 months extendable or convertible

Duties:

• Check accuracy of creditors’ invoices.
• Record journal entries (purchase and cash payments) and assign costs to designated accounts.
• Manage email account for receiving creditors’ statements of account.
• Reconcile creditors’ statements of account and follow up with creditors and respective departments on matters relating to creditors’ invoices.
• Retrieve invoices for scheduled payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers for COD and scheduled payments.
• Issue cheques for COD and scheduled payments.
• Update PO system with date of payment.
• File payment vouchers with respective invoices.
• Update creditor payments in SAP, reconcile with cash book.
• Prepare detailed schedules for assigned accounts.
• Any other duties as instructed by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• At least 1- 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Immediate availabilty will be plus.

Job Description

• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, marketing communication and plans in alignment with business and brand objectives for Singapore Market
• Help to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and marketing survey.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Help distribute marketing materials, goodie bags etc. in accordance to brand platforms and visual identity guidelines in the correct representation of all brands
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help to organize marketing events, photo shooting and filming, truck delivery.
• Support various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external vendor management and measurement of success.
• Conduct market analysis on competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for sales and marketing strategies and ideas.
