Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Communications

Responsibilities

· Organising workflow, liaising with stakeholders for marketing materials, giveaways to be sent to the distributors

· Coordinating between marketing and distributors of the exhibitions

· Prepare visitors registration and show book

· To prepare delivery order

· To coordinate delivery schedule with forwarder and distributors

· To prepare shipping docs

· To monitor returning demo schedule after demonstrations

· Import/Export coordination with forwarder

Job Description

• Coordinate material planning and procurement activities to meet sales requirements:
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations for each inquiry, engaging in price negotiations as necessary.
• Oversee inventory stocking policies to optimize supply assurance while minimizing inventory holding, utilizing MRP and setting minimum inventory levels.
• Generate and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers for required parts, adhering to the company's established inventory stocking policies.
• Facilitate the issuance of Certificates of Origin (COO) and Certificates of Quantity & Quality (COQ) for Genset Assembly.
• Ensure the accuracy of all orders and maintain communication with suppliers via telephone and email for follow-up.
• Coordinate, arrange, and oversee shipments with freight forwarders.
• Monitor delivery schedules with both local and overseas suppliers.
• Proactively track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues related to undelivered goods.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Business Studies
• Min 3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Experience in SAP

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8.30pm - 5.15pm
