Responsibility:

Digital Marketing :

- Planning, developing, executing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy

Job Scope

• Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals

MAIN TASK

1 To study/investigate the dispute through discussions with internal parties, examination of project documents

3 Draft letters and/or correspondences to protect the company's interest

(C) CONTRACT REVIEW

1 To attend to tender contract review requests by BDD and project team

2 To study and review the tender documents (i.e. main contract, general terms & condition, annexes) and prepare a

Tender Lookout List to highlight any risk exposure

3 To reply to any tender clarification raised by client

4 To review and evaluate Rotary's partnership agreement to subcontractor including drafting of any agreement

5 Review and comment on tender analysis prepared by project stakeholders before it is presented to the client

6 To develop SOP guidelines and to provide guidance and trainings

7 Maintain a monitoring log for each request

8 To archive relevant documents from each request into the shared drives upon closure of the request

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Compliance with Government Tenders and HSA Requirements: Actively ensure all supply-chain solutions comply with necessary government tender specifications and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) registration requirements to facilitate seamless market access and maintain compliance. Provide guidance and support to sales teams to navigate complex regulatory environments, helping align solutions with regulatory standards for market entry and expansion.
• Maintain High Standards of Quality: Oversee the implementation of quality standards within supply-chain solutions to exceed industry standards, building long-term partnerships and customer trust.
• Tactical Execution of Tender Costing and Sample Preparation: Actively engage with sales teams to meticulously prepare tender costings and quotations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines for approval. Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM/Bio-medical education or relevant fields
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs in structured medical device environments
• Good knowledge in ISO 13485, HSA Regulations, and regional medical device regulations
• Tactical mindset and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal departments and external partners to gather and disseminate necessary information effectively
• High level of attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work, from document preparation to regulatory compliance and quality assurance

You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of assistants. The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to,

I. Overseeing the revenue collection and account receivables function and to work with stakeholders on arrears recovery

II. Validate the completeness and accuracy of transactions by ensuring that all transactions are authorised, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.

III. Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.

IV. Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.

V. Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct accounts.

VI. Conduct training to a team of financial appointment holders on procedures for managing and controlling resources and expenditure so as to carry out procurement, payment and reimbursement activities on the finance systems.

VII. Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systems to achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness.

VIII. Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensure that system design meets the operational requirements.

IX. Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issues and ensure payment timeliness.

X. Develop, coach and motivate members of the team to deliver effective, responsive and customer-centric service to customers.

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy, and/or professional certifications or other equivalent qualifications.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates with 2 years of experience with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications will have an advantage.

Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may also apply.
