• Provide care coordination and service linkage to clients with or who are at risk of mental health issues and/or dementia, with the appropriate resources and support including caregiver support.
• Plan and conduct outreach to the community and stakeholders including faith-based, corporate and community organizations to promote mental wellness and mental health awareness.
• Plan and conduct targeted mental health and dementia case finding/screening to promote early identification and facilitate timely support.
• Plan and organize structured preventive activities and/or programmes for the community, those at risk of mental health conditions and clients.
• Conduct regular visits to monitor the well-being of the elderly client (NTUCH CCMS/CREST).
• Involve in the evaluation and documentation of the programme.
• Other ad-hoc assignments at the discretion of Community Care Lead/Department head

• For Care Manager: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology / Gerontology / Counselling
• For Assistant Care Manager: Diploma with social service experience/ SSTI Diploma in Social Service/Gerontology
• For Care Exectuive: Diploma/NITEC in community care & social services (without working experience)

Additional Advantageous Skills:

• To effectively communicate with senior clients, proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Malay is beneficial

The employee may be required to work on some weekends and weekday evenings when there are events during those times.

Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operation of the company. This includes maintenance of the GL, monthly and quarterly closing of accounts, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, stock management, company transactions and GST tax matters.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling banks, payables and receivables, including inter-company transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts including AR, AP, GL, Journal, P&L, Balance Sheet
• Prepare management/financial reports for superior
• Handle internal audit across outlets
• Ensure compliance with organisation’s regulations
• Perform any ad hoc assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting
• Relevant working experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Well organised, independent, meticulous and able to multi task
• Familiar with Xero and good knowledge of e-commerce
• Singaporeans preferred
