• Responsible for the entire procurement procedures including purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, purchase orders and delivery of goods according to the purchasing guidelines.

Tan Kah Kee Foundation is a charity organization based in Singapore focused on promoting education and technological development. The Foundation holds various educational and fundraising events to further promote the Tan Kah Kee spirit.

Role Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, will work in close collaboration with the senior Operations Manager (OM) in the Foundation. The role involves collaborating with other organisations, individuals and board members. This is a full-time on-site position in Singapore.

• Day-to-day operations including but not limited to: Responding to emails scheduling meetings and inquiries related to the Foundation's activities, committee members, and associates, as well as assisting in maintaining the TKKF website.
• Minutes taking with OM.
• Handle some editorial responsibilities for the Foundation's newsletter, such as obtaining photos and information.
• Maintaining the Pioneer Memorial Hall, including up keeping of the hall, understanding the theme of exhibits and the history of pioneers, and arranging for tours.
• Events management: Assist the OM and respective chairs in annual events: Young Inventors' Awards and Scholarship Awards, as well as aiding in the planning of any seminars or talks.
• Assisting the fundraising team in the operational and administrative areas of events such as a gala dinner, which is held every four to five years.
• Social media: Design marketing materials and manage the posting of content related to the Foundation on various social media platforms.
