Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of the Company's solutions and applications

• Manage and lead a team of business analysts and developers in the entire project development life cycle

• Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met

Requirements

• Computer Science background or equivalent

• At least 5 years' experience in project management and 10 years’ experience in IT with good problem analysis techniques (those with less experience may be considered for a junior position)

• Strong written and communication skills

• Strong inter-personal relationship

• CITPM or PMP-certified will be an advantage

• Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Java / .NET / Web technologies will be an advantage

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and planning leasing strategies & have good connection & rapport with partners & various stakeholders. Experience in leasing administrations, tenancy and facilities management.

Responsibilites

• Responsible for existing and new leases facilities maintenance & management.
• Conduct periodic inspections of all existing facilities.
• Conduct market research on a regular basis to understand industry needs and maintain up to date market benchmark of rental, business strategies & relevancy.
• Responsible for management and administration of leases which includes managing lease documents, maintaining tenancy schedule, constantly look out for opportunities to expand the company’s branch outlets to strategic locations for better exposure and market presence.
• Formulate & implement strategies to achieve optimal revenue, business and market expansion.
• Source, prospect and manage leasing pipelines to improve & develop company business.
• Lease & terms negotiations and renewals, liaising with respective stakeholders.
• Maintain, strengthen and establish business relationship and strong network with landlords and potential partners.
• Ensure all relevant authorities, regulatory, lease covenants, building standards, policies and terms compliance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and all relevant monthly reports.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/Estate management/Marketing or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Familiar with leasing and facilities documentation and management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong networking ability.
• Strong understanding of the Real Estate & Retail industry and aware of the latest trend.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Good MS office knowledge, analytical and numerical skills.

Job Description

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
• Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store.
• Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.
