• Determining project changes.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained and filed appropriately for each project.
• Help the project team to assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team member.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Maintain project organizational chart and contact information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experiences with a tertiary qualification.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• A detailed person with the ability to work on tight deadlines and meet deadlines.
• Experience in assisting in budget preparation, monitoring and tracking will be an added advantage.
• Project Management certification, or experience, will be an advantage.

This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. The Senior Accounts Executive, Fixed Assets will report to the Finance Manager and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fixed asset data within the organization.

Contract: 12 months

Location: One North

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist in the preparation of fixed asset schedules for financial reporting purposes
• Conduct physical asset counts and reconcile to the fixed asset register
• Work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy of fixed asset data
• Assist in the implementation of fixed asset policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members on fixed asset matters
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/ ACCA or similar qualification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP (any), MS Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
