Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties.
- Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
- Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
- Assists in employment contract renewals
- Assists in administrative work during employee onboarding and terminations.
- Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
- Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
- Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
- Manage and route phone calls appropriately
Job Specifications
- Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- A team player, resourceful, meticulous, able to multitask and work independently.
