• Receive instructions and documents via emails and transfer this information to Sharepoint to be accessed by different internal stakeholders. Mainly using excel.
• Coordinate with many different stakeholders on appointment booking
• Prepare statistics/ reports for both internal and external customers (weekly and monthly reports)
• Able to handle some stress as short turnaround required by clinics
• Handle feedback and manage the resolution of issues with external clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, pricing requests, execution, and follow up
• Work cohesively with all internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call center, ops etc)

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in any field
