Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure

1) Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and

3) Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.

4) Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.

5) Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.

6) Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.

7) Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.

8) Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.

9) Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.

10) Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server

11) Explores, installs, maintains and constantly monitors the F&B POS system and booking system including the mobile app features to ensure operations are at its optimal level.

12) Assists the IT Manager in the implementation of any new system and technology that will improve work processes and member experience.

13) Assist the IT Manager in overseeing operation in his absence to ensure immediate attention is provided.

14) Others:

· Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

· Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.

· Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.

15) Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform end user IT Support
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident,
• investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project

Job Scope:

• Provide front desk support to the General Office

• Administrative duties will generally include:

(a) Manning the front desk to answer queries from public, parents and students

(b) Handling of incoming and outgoing letters, packages, and deliveries

(c) Handling all incoming calls to the school

(d) Issuing of Graduation Certificates and Academic certificates to students

(e) Updating students’ and staff attendance

(f) Maintaining internal facility bookings in the Campus

(g) Maintaining school internal calendar

(h) Assisting in the photocopying of school materials

(i) Assisting in the transport arrangements/confirmation for CCA and/or events

(j) Assisting in office admin such as updating organisation chart and honour rolls, office equipment maintenance, ordering fruit baskets, preparation/setup of events venue, replenishing first aid box, stationery, sanitisers, tissue boxes etc.

(k) Attending to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed

(l) Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager or supervising officers

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (with option to extend till 2026)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm

• Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Respond to client support requests.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge group policies, Active Directory and Exchange
• In-depth troubleshooting skills of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Excellent customer service and people skills

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries regarding the core Applications (L1 and L2 support)

• Participate in the knowledge transfer of the BC team before handling the BAU for new Solutions

• In charge of the inventory of all the Applications used in the company as well as regular check of Active and Inactive Applications

• Responsible for taking internal and external calls from the users regarding Application related incidents or service requests

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request

• Regularly provide statistical reports about support cases and incidents

• Dispatching all incoming tickets for the Service & Support team

• Responsible for assigning, resolving and escalating user request tickets

• Collaborate with other IT Teams on Projects

Requirements

• Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support:

• Provide second and third-level support for Java-based applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Analyze, identify, and resolve complex software issues.
• Debug and troubleshoot Java code to fix defects and performance issues.

• Manage and prioritize incident tickets and service requests.
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for preventing future incidents.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and application support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and Java EE technologies.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and writing complex queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic) would be advantage.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
