JOB SUMMARY

- As a Business Applications Analyst at YMCA of Singapore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our business application systems that support our core organisational functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will lead efforts in projects requirement gathering, conducting gap and impact analyses, and ensuring that our business processes and applications align effectively and run optimally with our operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders on the requirement gathering, gap and impact analysis process, working closely with department heads to identify system needs and optimize workflows.

- Create detailed documentation for As-Is and To-Be, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and use cases.

- Design and implement solutions that enhance functionality and user experience in our key systems such as financial accounting, HR management, Student Management and CRM platforms.

- Manage projects related to the development and deployment of new software applications and enhancements to existing applications.

- Collaborate with IT team members and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.

- Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring effective deployment and proficient use of business application systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business applications relevant to the non-profit sector.

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and fostering productive partnerships.

- Develop test plans and test cases based on the requirements and functional specifications.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, changes, and issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

- Professional Experience:

• Experience in business application project, particularly with systems related to Finance, HR, and CRM.
• Proficiency in business requirements gathering, gap and impact analysis and documentation.
• Demonstrated at least 1 year experience of leadership in project and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

• Serving as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.
• To configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.

The Role:

• To generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts.

Position Summary

The IT Governance Specialist, as a 1.5 line of defense, is responsible for defining, formulating, governing, reporting and controlling of the IT and cyber risk (Information Security) related frameworks, policies, processes and procedures for the organisation. The incumbent plays a control function and works closely with the first, second and third lines of defense. The incumbent will be an intermediary, advisor and domain expert to the business stakeholders on IT and cyber security matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with the second and third lines of defense and will be the single point of contact (working with first line) for all risk, audit and regulatory related matters
• Collaborate with second line of defense to implement and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's technology risk management capabilities and awareness, in line with industry best practices and the firm's standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and escalate emerging and upstream technology risks through execution of the Firm’s risk management framework tools, including risk event management, reporting, and action plan tracking

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, IT Governance practices, operations risk management processes and industry trends/practices (e.g. NIST framework, MAS requirements, ISO 27001 standard, PS Act, etc.).
• Certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or any relevant certification is a plus
• Good project management, time management and problem-solving skills

We are seeking an experienced IT&T Project Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting regional IT and Telecoms service delivery as well as supporting consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the projects in Singapore and overseas (regional) when required.
• Manage the partners and vendors carrying out the project work to the required quality and standards.
• To undertake pre-consultation and site surveys for all new projects, if required.
